Description
Visit West Beach and check out the “white rock” that gave White Rock it’s name. Standing more than 4 metres high and weighing a reported 486 tonnes, the white rock is an iconic part of the community. Legend has it that the white rock marks the landing spot of a stone that was hurled across the Strait of Georgia by a young Coast Salish chief.
