Dinner

As the dinner hour rolls around, indulge in a delicious chowder or fish & chips at one of the many beautiful beaches. Enjoy scenic waterfront views from Hooked Fish Bar in Crescent Beach; take it to-go and eat on the beach or lounge on the patio. The iconic Moby Dick on White Rock’s East Beach offers generous portions of fresh fish & chips in a charming space crammed with curios and collectibles.

Another great South Surrey option is the funky Roadhouse Grille, an homage to old school eateries in the style of Route 66 with home cooked comfort foods like bacon wrapped meatloaf, lasagna and prime rib with yorkshires. For a fun BBQ joint try The Dancing Pig in Ladner, with eclectic décor and a reasonably priced kids’ menu. The main highlight will undoubtedly be doing chalk art directly on the wipeable tabletops. Or pop into Italian inspired Mario’s Kitchen in Tsawwassen. Find a delightfully upscale and cozy space that welcomes families, with a kids’ menu full of healthy choices.
